We’ve previously published information about our Ethernet products’ performance, even though Ofcom didn’t ask us to. Then in 2016, after its regular review of the business market, Ofcom told us which measures of our performance for Ethernet products we have to publish.
This means we’ve had to change the way we do that. For example, previously we showed separate performance information for different types of circuits (“on-net” and “off-net”), along with how long it took us to deliver these.
After the review, we’re now showing the average time it takes us to install all circuits. We’re also including information on which take the shortest and longest time to deliver, alongside details on whether we delivered circuits by the date we originally said. Finally, we’re also including information on the proportion of faults we fix within our target service level.
