If your developer's still on site
It’s worth checking with them if they’ve finished installing the Openreach equipment, and that nothing’s missing or damaged. They can also contact us to help them fix the issue.
They might have left you one of our homeowner guides which has some advice on simple checks you can do.
If you've already ordered phone or broadband from a communications provider and you're having problems
You should speak to them directly. They’ll run tests to check what the problem is, and then get in touch with us if need be.
If you haven't been able to order phone or broadband
If you’ve contacted a communications provider but they’ve said you couldn’t order phone or broadband then please get in touch with us. We’ll do what we can to sort out the problem.
