Joining Openreach as a graduate is a great chance to start or develop your professional career in a management role after university. For example, as a manager in service delivery you could lead a team of around 20 engineers. Or work in one of the central functions such as human resources on a change project that will enable employees to adapt to new ways of working. Openreach has many opportunities available for graduates, just show us that you have the willingness and passion to learn and develop.

The graduate program lasts for two years, after you will transition into a permanent professional role. The in-depth induction will set you up for your graduate programme, and the fast-pace nature of the business will keep you forever pushing yourself. You’ll be supported every step of the way, through methods which will include a tailored personal development plan.
